Chop. We had a great weekend. I couldn't tell you what we did, really - it was just a wonderfully long, 3-day-happy time. Came back to work today and got my hair lopped off at lunchtime. Holly, my loyal hairstylist, asked as she always does, "so, what are we doing today?" But instead of my normal pansy-ass response "just a trim" - I said: "whatever you want." Well. That even got the attention of the woman sitting in the next chair. Because Holly knows that I'm a chicken, she spent a lot of time explaining what she had in mind. Probably to give me ample time to opt out and go back to "just a trim" if I changed my mind. But I preservered. And now I have short hair. It feels very spring-like, even though it's smack dab mid-January in Colorado.
