When life is busy, it's hard to make time to sit quietly and really reflect. To become aware of what's happening right NOW in our daily world, both within and outside of ourselves. To acknowledge the impacts we make and how we relate to the impacts we feel are made on our lives. To appreciate the little things (because it's the little things that hold the greatest meaning). To give a sincere, honest and objective assessment of the world and how we fit into it. To view things as they are, with unconditional responsibility, integrity and honesty. To live with awareness, acceptance, activity and purpose. Are we really too busy to take time to reflect, or do we stay busy so as not to truly reflect?
