The best of times...These are scary, yet felicitous times...I've decided to take my house of the market, refinance it, and rent it out. I found a perfect little (and relatively cheap) place in downtown Boulder that I love. So, hopefully I can live for cheap, rent my house out for the refi pmt or close, and benefit from home ownership without the huge fuel bill and time spent commuting every month. Cool! The holiday season was as it usually is - anticlimactic. Which doesn't mean bad, just that all the garbage surrounding the holidays gets everyone pumped up for this great time, and it turns out to be a nice time, but not spectacular. I'd rather be camping. Speaking of which, I joined the Colorado Mountain Club late last year and am participating in an Avalanche School and a Winter Camping School in Feb and Mar. I'm so excited about those! Should be very cool.

So, life continues to move at breakneck speed...but I think I like it that way. Boredom leads to stagnation. And we don't want *that* in the house. P.U.
